For 140 years Ridge have been benchmark-setters in US viticulture, remaining consistent with their quality and ethos, winemaking with two key principles – respect for vineyard origins and terroir; and a meticulous approach to the blending of varieties to let their natural character shine.
For this very special tasting Ridge’s Katie Blakely will be the guide as we taste through a selection of wines, including Burgundian style Chardonnay, as well as fine and rare examples of both Cabernet and Zinfandel blends. Get an inside look at how current winemaker John Olney continues to grow Ridge’s legacy whilst maintaining their status as top US producer for Cabernet led Bordeaux blends and old vine Zinfandel.
Wines will continue to be poured alongside a paired menu from Head Chef Luke Mckenna. An evening not to be missed!
