Join Nick Adams MW, Cyril Bray, and the Bottle Shop’s Jack Baldock as they try to pit their wits against yours. All you need to do is listen to the clues, taste and then decide whose wine description it the right one.
Wines will consist of a sparkling and two whites before your starter, two reds before your main course and finally a sweet wine.
The Menu
To start:
Roasted swede and Comté cheese pithivier with spinach & parsley purée and crispy kale
Main:
Braised rib of beef with dauphinoise potatoes, chargrilled hispi cabbage and celeriac & horseradish remoulade
To finish:
Crème brulée with blackberry sorbet and lime tuile
