Join us for an indulgent evening celebrating the exceptional Champagnes of Billecart-Salmon, The Old Bridge's House Champagne and one of the most revered names in the region. Founded in 1818 and still family-owned today, Billecart-Salmon has built an international reputation for producing Champagnes of remarkable elegance, precision and balance.
Hosted by Billecart-Salmon UK Manager Charlie Wethered alongside Nick Adams MW, the evening will explore a range of outstanding cuvées, from the house's signature styles to the newly released 2013 Louis Salmon Blanc de Blancs. Guests will enjoy a guided tasting, insights into the history and philosophy of this iconic producer, and a bespoke menu created by Head Chef Scott Taylor, carefully designed to complement and elevate each wine.
