Part of Az Ag Castelvetro, a family-owned business (for 150 years) near Modena (as in the balsamic vinegar). They took on around 50 hectares of Lambrusco vineyards and built a new winery solely for the production of GOOD QUALITY sparkling red wine, part of a gradual, more general restoration of the image of this historic wine style
