The estate is currently lead by talented winemaker Charles Ballot who took over in 2000, and has been key in driving quality and pushing the reputation of Domaine Ballot-Millot to new heights. Under Charles lead vinification is now done organically, in alignment to the lunar cycle and uses minimal new oak.

This is fresh and vibrant with fine notes of both stone and citrus fruits, mellow oak, and fine acidity. Drinking well above its station.
