Two thirds Chardonnay, a third Pinot Noir. 13% of the total comes from red wine (also Pinot Noir) added after to the blend to achieve the appropriate pink colour

Billecart -Salmon, one of the few remaining family owned Grande marques of champagne

Maturity potential:
I like Billecart Rosé as young as possible. Or keep it for 2 years to develop chocolate and coffee overtones

Which smart restaurant doesn’t list Billecart Rosé? Those in the know would all agree it has for some time been the most consistently excellent pink Champagne.
