100% Malagousia, fermented cool in steel tank then kept on the lees for a couple of months before early bottling.

Beautifully perfumed, rich but delicate white from one of Greece’s most celebrated indigenous grape varieties. A great aperitif, particularly with nibbles packed full of spice and flavour (as they so often are).
