To finish, we’ll serve a Vintage Port blind with cheese – with a prize for whoever can identify the year.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe evening begins at 5.30pm with a relaxed, walk-around tasting, with Nick on hand to talk through the wines and answer questions.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAt 7pm, we’ll move on to a glass of Billecart-Salmon Le Réserve Brut Champagne and canapés, followed by an informal supper.
